As a Luxembourg-based company we strictly enforce confidentiality by law. Under Article 458 of the Luxembourg Penal Code, anyone who is committed in his professional capacity to secrecy and violates this duty may be punished by up to 6 months in imprisonment and a fine.

These Trusts protect clients from those now referred to as “Professional Takers,” or those who attempt to steal assets professionally. Our approach is unique, but the business model has not wavered for over two hundred years.
